Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the last item of your order. Weekends and public holidays are included in this period.
How to Start a Return or Cancellation

If you checked out using a phone number only (without an email address), please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation instead.
Returning Items
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the items without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will refund all payments you made, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Exemptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
- Custom or personalized items
- Digital content that has been accessed or downloaded
